Kansas State beats Colorado 41-10
Buffs drop second straight, Wildcats improve to 6-2 on the season
The Colorado Buffaloes dropped their second straight game of the season as they fell to Kansas State 41-10 on Saturday at Folsom Field. The Wildcats improved to 6-2 with the win.
Wildcats dominate the Buffaloes
Deuce Vaughn rushed for a career-high 172 yards and two touchdowns, and Kansas State's defense picked off J.T. Shrout three times. The Wildcats forced four Colorado turnovers in all, and held the Buffaloes to just 219 yards of offense.
Colorado's offense was unable to get anything going against the Kansas State defense. Shrout was just 11-of-25 passing for 104 yards, and he was sacked four times. The Buffaloes also turned the ball over four times, which led to 21 Kansas State points.
